Very disappointed
Bought a new car from toyota waverley and the presentation was very bad. They really need to improve and to work on it how to hand it over the car to the customer. Customer spending alot money on cars and they are expecting at least the day they are receiving car presentations need to be the best. My car even was not covered, no decorations etc, they spoiled my excitement and I felt so bad. If buying second hand car thn can consider to hand it over in above way but if is brand new thn customer deserves to receive in appropriate way. Plz do cover the new cars and place some bouquet,

WORST experience ever! There was no customer when we walked into the store and I saw one salesman sitting in his office and didn’t come out after few minutes. We asked him only 2,3 questions and he was extremely impatient didn’t even want to introduce the models. He walked away saying he needs to answer the phone at the counter but there’s NO phone ringing. He just dumped us there and went back to his office after that fake call. If you don’t want to do your job or hate what you’re doing everyday then just resign!!! Maybe your blind eyes told you they don’t look like the people who would buy but I was genuinely looking for a new car and I’d never ever buy from this store! It’s SO disgusting!!!
Visited the showroom on 28/12 and saw the saleman named David. The attitude was horrendous, he did not want to show, talk about the car. I mean i know its holiday season but if you dont want to go to work or anything may as well stay at home. Please dont go to work with that kind of attitude towards the customers. I dont go there and ask anything for free, I am your customer I dont want to be treated like that.
Please give him some sort of training

Being a lifelong Toyota customer, it was such a pleasure to buy yet another Toyota from my neighbourhood Toyota Dealer. Waverley Toyota has been very honest and upfront with everything and Kris had been a wonderful sales manager. Not to mention Andy, who provided an excellent finance deal to us. I will definitely come back for my next Toyota (pretty soon actually). Thank you guys for the excellent service.
